A Bit About Me

My approach as a running coach and personal trainer is tailored to helping every athlete reach their fitness and competitive goals and full-potential, while having fun along the way. I believe in pushing every athlete to become the "Elite" or best version of themselves,  whether they are competing at the Olympic level or not competing at all.


I coach athletes at all levels, from high school track runners, to individuals who want to improve their fitness level, and all the way up to professional and Olympic athletes. Contact me!
